To make a referral for service or to request an assessment, please email us at jhill@ontariocoparentingcentre.com. In order to ensure that we do not have a conflict of interest, please provide the full names and birthdates of the parents, the children in your email
If you are requesting a court ordered parenting time and decision making assessments (formerly known as custody/access assessment) or Voice of the Child Reports, counsel, and self-represented clients may make a referral by email to Ella Burke at jhill@ontariocoparentingcentre.com. All referrals should include the full name and date of birth of each party, all children involved in the matter, as well as any significant others (eg new partners, common-law partners, new spouse, children born after the separation residing with a party, step-children etc.)
All referrals will receive a written reply within 7 business days, advising if the referral has been accepted, declined (with reasons provided), or needs more information.
